职位要求
职位要求 1、5年以上TD/LD领域工作经验，有经验萃取及自主课程研发经验； 2、大型互联网、人力咨询公司与500强公司从业背景优先； 3、有过从0到1搭建培训及人才发展体系经验优先； 4、聪明、灵活、积极主动，热爱培训及人才发展，良好的沟通协调和影响力
