该职位来源于猎聘 项目管理专家 岗位职责： 搭建TUB项目化管理机制，建立标准化项目流程与制度，推动落地并持续迭代优化 统筹全生命周期项目管理，指导各项目组规范开展立项、启动、阶段评审、复盘、考核评价等关键工作 深入参与重大战略/变革项目，负责项目质量监控，协助管控目标、进度、风险及质量，协调解决项目难点 搭建项目目标、进度、质量、风险常态化监控预警机制，实时识别风险并预警通报 牵头项目重大卡点专项复盘，输出整改方案，推动跨部门协同，跟进纠偏效果 沉淀项目管理方法论，搭建知识库，开发培训课程并开展专项赋能，提升团队项目管理水平 指导各区域导入项目管理体系，结合区域业务特性开展本地化适配，推动管理能力下沉 任职要求： 全日制本科及以上，3年以上战略/营销/变革项目管理相关工作经验，TOB建材/工业领域经验者优先 熟悉战略管理&项目管理知识体系，具备体系搭建、流程优化、跨部门沟通协调和问题解决能力 有战略/变革项目参与经验者优先
