该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求： 1、集成电路、计算机、微电子、电子与工程、通信与信息工程等相关专业；
2、熟悉SPICE Model /DRC/LVS/PEX/PDK开发经验者优先； 3、有FAB\PIE\DS\器件设计等相关经验者优先； 4、以上集成电路技术研发岗位均隶属公司技术研发中心。 岗位职责： 1、编写DRC/LVS/PEX等物理验证文件，通过skill/PAS等方式创建PDK设计工程包； 2、日常维护PDK Library的相关物理验证文件； 3、利用集成电路开发经验参与EDA软件开发； 4、 完成器件spice model的提取及验证，包含从model testkey设计，器件特性测试，模型参数提取，model QA整个流程； 5、根据专业知识和经验开发spice model相关的EDA软件。
