该职位来源于猎聘 While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:  Lead FSSC team to deliver timely and qualified accounting services Standardize process and make continuous improvement Arrange PTP works and coordinate with local business on treasury operation Complete bank transition from Citi to JPM and set up Suzhou/Korea accounts  Support internal control review and improve to mitigate risks related Encourage proper rotation, balance to keep team smoothly operated under dynamic environment and well control people turnover  More closely focus on daily accounting for all cycles  Optimize work allocation and whole process applying to people change and local business requirements;  Keep monitoring on PTP cycle and treasury requests;  Ensure compliance on local bank requirements and keep cash position for all entities  Perform internal control testing of China entities  Continuously follow up on risk items  Develop potential employees with more exposure and proper rotation;  Remote management of direct report, and make staff arrangement for emergency situation  Timely recruit new join for openings;  Periodic financials and business reporting to deliver and detail analysis on business performance;  Coordinate and deliver budget / outlook to present & align latest forecast;  Provide periodic update on sales / booking progress and other key performances indicators, communicate variances with function leaders and push for gap achievement;  Closely support business function to meet and conquer targets, e.g. credit review, treasury arrangement, tax compliance, etc;  Manage local statutory requirements on for SEA entities;  Support ad hoc treasury requests and tasks. KEY COMPETENCIES： Communicates Effectively Directs Work Financial Acumen Builds Effective Teams Optimizes Work Processes EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE： University education, major in Accounting or Finance; Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role managing teams in a multinational corporation (MNC) Proven experience in both SSC (Shared Service Center) and BU (Business Unit) finance roles, with a strong understanding of how to bridge the two functions Industrial goods / manufacturing industry background is a must Substantial experience in leading overseas projects independently, covering full project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure Strong customer focus mind-set coupled with a high standard of ethics and integrity. CERTIFICATION/OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES： SKILLS:

• Good inter-personal and communications skills;
• Good command of oral and written English;
• Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills;
• Strong leadership skill and supervisor skill;
• Knowledge on SAP preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). ABILITIES:
