电子、自动化等相关专业 2、3年以上 BLDC/PMSM电机控制开发经验 3、有300W以上功率等级项目经验 4、同时具备有感（霍尔/编码器）和无感（观测器）FOC开发经验、有完整产品量产交付经验者优先 5、 负责BLDC/PMSM电机的FOC控制算法开发与调试，支持有感/无感两种模式
嵌入式软件开发 岗位职责： 1 电机控制算法开发 负责BLDC/PMSM电机的FOC控制算法开发与调试，支持有感/无感两种模式 2 嵌入式软件开发 基于STM32/GD32平台进行驱动层（PWM、ADC、GPIO、CAN等）开发 3 产品功能实现 根据产品需求完成电机控制相关功能开发（调速、保护、故障处理等） 4 调试与测试 配合硬件完成样机调试，参与测试用例编写与验证 5 技术文档编写 输出设计文档、测试报告、问题复盘报告
