该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description / 工作职责 Define project objectives, scope, preliminary cost, technical deliverables, effort, and high-level schedule according to internal or external stakeholder requirements. 根据内部或外部利益相关方的需求，定义项目目标、范围、初步成本、技术交付物、资源投入及高层级计划。 Plan, assign, coordinate, and verify design, prototyping, simulation, software/hardware development, and testing activities for assigned research and innovation projects. 针对所负责的研发与创新项目，策划、分配、协调并验证设计、样件、仿真、软硬件开发及测试活动。 Monitor project status against the approved plan, identify deviations and technical risks, and define effective recovery actions to achieve agreed targets and timing. 依据批准的项目计划持续监控项目状态，识别偏差和技术风险，并制定有效的恢复措施，以实现约定的目标和进度。 Coordinate technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and development partners, involving the relevant internal functions and stakeholders when required. 协调与客户、供应商及开发合作伙伴的技术讨论，并根据需要组织相关内部职能和利益相关方参与。 Lead the analysis and resolution of technical issues identified by the project team, customers, suppliers, or partners. 牵头分析并解决项目团队、客户、供应商或合作伙伴在项目执行中发现的技术问题。 Prepare and release project plans, status reports, presentations, technical documentation, and other project-management deliverables in accordance with company processes. 按照公司流程编制并发布项目计划、状态报告、汇报材料、技术文件及其他项目管理交付物。 Coordinate and coach cross-functional project members, including software, hardware, controls, systems, simulation, test, and vehicle-test engineers, working with their functional managers. 协调并辅导跨职能项目成员，包括软件、硬件、控制、系统、仿真、测试及整车测试工程师，并与其职能经理协同工作。 Support technology and partner scouting, prior-art analysis, innovation proposals, and the generation and management of new intellectual property relevant to the Advanced Technology Center. 支持技术与合作伙伴调研、现有技术检索分析、创新项目提案，以及与先进技术中心相关的新知识产权的产生与管理。 Qualifications / 任职资格 Bachelor's degree or above in electronics engineering or a related engineering discipline. 电子工程或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。 5 years of professional experience, including previous project-management experience in an R&D environment. 具备5年专业工作经验，其中包括研发环境下的项目管理经验。 Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, technical documentation, and cross-functional team coordination. 熟悉项目策划、进度管理、风险管理、技术文档及跨职能团队协调。 Basic knowledge of vehicle engineering and electric-motor technologies, with good understanding of manufacturing and production technologies for automotive components. 具备车辆工程和电机技术的基础知识，并较好理解汽车零部件制造及生产技术。 Knowledge of software development processes, automotive standards, and issue-tracking tools such as Atlassian JIRA or equivalent; Agile project-management experience is preferred. 了解软件开发流程、汽车行业标准，以及 Atlassian JIRA 或同类问题跟踪工具；具备敏捷项目管理经验者优先。 Excellent problem-solving, self-management, teamwork, communication, report-writing, and English skills. 具备优秀的问题解决、自我管理、团队合作、沟通、报告撰写及英语能力。
