该职位来源于猎聘 E-drive Unit (EDU) is a key category in the NEV development, which is direct customer experience interface. That bring the necessary to deliver the high quality driving component. The responsibility of E-drive Unit project steering should cover the completed project lifecycle from the concept requirement to EOP of product. E-drive Unit project steering

Project steering

• Organize and participant regular BE-Team meetings for EDU system in China, algin agenda and the meeting minutes with the supplier and module lead/coordinator or PM.
• Steer LOP for BE-Team China with clear timeline/deadlines EMT LOP.
• Steer BMW internal LOP and tracking status.
• Monitor project KPI with each sub-BE team leaders. Follow-up identified measures effectiveness and implementation. and make necessary documentation.
• Manage project steering related documentation in PANAMA and shared folder. E.g. project timing plan, product integration plan, part change list/deviation, delivery list, Problem solving list, Lessons Learn, special topic…
• Responsible to integrate demand and create EDU demand plan for each milestone of related projects with BMW AG, BBT-E, and local logistic department. Integrate customer (Pre-Axle supplier, BBA test bench, BBA production…).
• Tracking samples delivery on time for testing and vehicle production with the BMW/BBA validation team and report to Module leader/coordinator.
• Regular project status is required in form of provided PowerPoint templates and presented to responsible manager: every week for general status + immediate actions.

Change management

• Steer technical evaluation of local change with BMW AG engineering team, QMT, BBA and supplier (EDU & Pre-Axle).
• Steer local changes change implemented according to BMW and BBA procedural, e.g. supplier, process partner in BBA and BMW AG, pre-axle supplier.
• Report change management topic into BE-team meeting. 2.2.3 Qualification:

2.2.3.1 Basic Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or above in automotive/mechanical engineering/ structure durability.
• Fluent English. Additional language skills in German would also be welcome.
• Technical knowledge in the relevant Electric Powertrain properties on various influencing parameters and their effects on Mechanical parameter, material and process parameter, geometry vehicle integration.
• At least 3 years in project experience in the e-powertrain environment (ideally with HV e-machine, incl. E/E components).
• Very strong communication/coordination and reporting skill.
• Strategic and analytic thinking and acting.
• Can work and solve any urgent problem independently.
• High flexibility in a high dynamic environment.
• Intercultural experience, feeling and competence.
