- Familiar with MS Office, have gook knowledge of Excel & PPT
- Active and responsible, could work under pressure
- We prefer you could provide 3days per week (7-8h/day) or 5days per week (4-5h/day) Your tasks:
- Supporting purchasing related documents handling, including order printing, invoice checking and payment application
- Supporting foreign suppliers order tracking
- Purchasing data analysis
- Supporting Purchasing Mgr. making reports and organizing workshop
