Essential Functions An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Define and implement the commercial strategy of the Marketplace (MP) in the short, medium and long term for Walmart, seeking to have the largest number of products and the best value for customers, seeking profitability for the business, and increasing the participation of the MP over GM ecommerce. Define the commercial strategy of products and categories to be covered in the different stages of the MP, in the short, medium and long term, both for local, regional and international products. Determine the business model by category to maximize the supply and profitability of the business. Align with the sales and logistics team the best way to optimize the assortment that MP should handle in search of profitability and optimization of resources. Plan the different strategic campaign dates to maximize revenue and supply on those dates, empowering sellers to obtain the best assortment available for those dates. Owner of the seller relationship and onboarding process to ensure quality in products and service levels for our customers. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketing and digital sales in organizations with PM. 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce. Preferred Qualifications
