- 负责新产品研发全流程管理
- 主导配方工艺优化，推动生产成本降低 3.组建研发团队，制定研发KPI并确保项目按期完成率≥90%
- 对接市场部完成消费者调研，转化调研数据为产品创新方案
任职要求：
- 食品科学/生物工程相关专业本科以上学历，5年以上食品研发管理经验
- 精通HACCP/ISO22000体系，主导过3个以上成功上市产品开发
- 具备15人以上团队管理经验，擅长跨部门协作
- 熟悉食品添加剂法规及行业趋势，持有SC认证审核员资格优先
