About the role

This role involves coordinating and executing recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, background verification and offer coordination to ensure timely support for departmental staffing needs. The position manages the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation completion, transfers, and offboarding, while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of personnel records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, background verification and offer coordination
• Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation completion, transfers and offboarding
• Maintain personnel records with complete integrity and confidentiality
• Assist in formulating and optimizing human resources policies and operational guidelines
• Promote internal process standardization and compliance
• Support company human resources development strategy implementation
• Participate in training needs analysis and coordinate internal and external resources
• Plan and execute employee development programs including new employee orientation, on-the-job training and management talent development projects
• Assist supervisors with other human resources and administrative work

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
• Three or more years of comprehensive human resources work experience
• Familiarity with Hong Kong labour laws, employment ordinances and personal data privacy ordinances and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and coordination abilities, able to effectively liaise with employees at all levels and department supervisors
• Ability to handle sensitive human resources matters with high professionalism and empathy
• Meticulous and rigorous approach to work with strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness
• Ability to maintain high efficiency in multi-tasking environments
• Proactive in suggesting process improvements
