职责RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review RFQ/RFI, drawings & specifications from client, to understand what the client wants，answer to the tender

Preliminarily 初步分析来自客户的询价文件，包括图纸，技术规范等，明白客户询价内容,初步回复客户的意向。

• Complete the regular industrial OEM products quotation, including formulation of material consumption, workshop hour and subcontract cost

完成常规性OEM工业品项目报价，包括物料用量，生产工时，外发成本的计算。

• Maintain bidding database and improve bidding tools, in order to quicky respond RFI and RFQ.

维护公司成本数据库，改进报价工具，以便快速应对RFI 和RFQ

• Understand tender technical requirement, collect data from related departments for the need of tender.

清楚标书要求，联系相关部门收集投标所需的数据。

• Prepare bidding book with the support of engineering department.

在工程部的支持下， 准备投标的技术文件。
