What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 参与机械相关产品的研发与设计工作，包括产品结构设计、性能优化及方案验证
- 协助完成光学系统的开发与优化任务，涉及光学元件选型、光路设计及系统调试
- 配合团队完成项目技术文档的编写与整理，确保文档规范性和完整性
- 参与产品全生命周期管理，从需求分析到量产支持的全流程技术工作
- 协助解决研发过程中的技术难题，提出创新性解决方案
- 跟踪行业前沿技术动态，参与技术预研与可行性评估
任职要求：
- 硕士学历，机械工程、光学工程、电子信息工程等相关理工科专业背景。26届、27届都可。
- 具备扎实的专业理论基础与快速学习能力，熟悉相关领域研发流程
- 熟练掌握至少一种专业工具（如AutoCAD/SolidWorks、Zemax/Code V、Altium Designer等）
- 具有优秀的分析解决问题能力及创新意识
- 良好的团队协作精神与跨部门沟通能力
- 有相关领域科研项目或实习经验者优先
