该职位来源于猎聘 1.对整车零部件工艺开发有一定见解且至少实战过三个项目以上，具备外覆盖件四门两盖、车门内板、机盖内板及顶盖内板等A类件的SE分析及建模能力，对量产模具结构有较深了解 2.具有一定模具开发及后期制造跟踪能力，对模具工艺及结构有较深了解，具备至少干过一个完整的整车模具工艺及结构设计能力，且具有一定的项目开发及管理能力； 3.具有一定的现场对应工作经验：如模具研配调试方案制定等 4.具有一定的组织、培训能力； 5.接受长/短期出差；
