该职位来源于猎聘 1、新媒体推广：熟悉小红书/抖音等主流平台的规则，能制定合理内容规划及方案，并落地执行；具备内容审核和评判的能力；熟悉平台玩法，挖掘并积累合适的KOL展开合作电商平台内容策划及文案输出： 2、公关传播策划与执行：制定符合品牌策略的媒介公关计划，开展与相关媒体的公关合作，媒体关系的开拓与维护。协助完成公关项目，进行新闻内容组织，公关稿件撰写，完成媒体发布、执行与效果监控。 3、线下活动：协助品牌大型线下活动统筹、策划、创意与执行，对接设计与外部活动公司，将内部需求转化为可执行方案。 任职资格： 1. 本科以上学历 2. 1年以上新媒体推广经验或公关相关经验，有美妆护肤个护行业经验优先 3. 对互联网行业有一定的认识与敏感度，熟悉新媒体营销投放逻辑，了解抖音、小红书等平台功能及玩法者优先 4. 英语熟练, excel ppt等技能熟练
