• Development of innovative new products and the optimization of existing products within cost guidelines, customer specifications and legal requirements.
• Responsible for all assigned projects like Product development, Product Duplication, product maintenance and Research work in support of Consumer Product Business.
• Responsible for report writing, including statistical evaluation of data, and accurately updating of formulation, ingredients, technology and files while maintaining the security of the information.
• Frequent interaction with suppliers, QA, Operations, Sales and Planning/Scheduling during development and commercialization activities.
• Establish stable relationship with manufacturer /customers by following up & offering information and material efficiently.
• Use technical expertise to assist resolving problems in the operation, purchasing and other department. Supervise, manage and coach team member to improve technical expertise through training and knowledge sharing. Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor degree of Science and Food or related discipline. 2. 5 years working experience in PD in dry products.
• Strong technical skills, expertise in new product design/development, ability to integrate positively with others, customer-centric, demonstrated ability to deliver objectives within demanding timelines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and PC skills.
• Strong ingredient and processing knowledge as well as knowledge of laboratory analytical technique.
• Better understanding/recognition on flavor & market trends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
