- 中學文憑試(HKDSE)或同等學歷；
- 持有保健員證書；
- 按註冊護士或治療師的指導為服務對象提供個人護理服務；
- 為服務對象提供個人照顧、家居支援及社區支援服務；
- 支援服務單位運作，處理及支援單位行政、財務或服務運作流程之基本文書工作；
- 按上級指派執行其他相關工作。
