• Bachelor or above, Major field in Engineering (Electrical/Power Electronic Eng./mechanical), Physics, material or related field. / 大学本科或以上学历，主修电力电子工程，机械，物理，材料或其他相关专业。
• CET-4 is minimum required. / 英语至少通过国家4级。 3.

8 years or above work experience in PD/PE department in electronic components manufacturer. / 8年或以上在电子元器件制造公司工艺或研发部工作的经验。

• Experience in capacitor, especially film capacitor area is preferred. / 拥有电容，尤其薄膜电容相关经验者优先。
• Experience in leading a development team is preferred. / 拥有带领研发团队经验的优先。
• Experience in mechanical design is preferred. / 拥有机械设计经验者优先。
• SKILLS / 技能
• Good ability in analyzing or logical thinking. / 具有良好的分析/逻辑判断能力。
• Good knowledge in process CP, CPK, correlation analysis and SPC is preferred. / 对过程能力指数CP, CPK, 相关性分析和SPC控制等概念熟悉者优先。
• Familiar with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 knowledge. / 熟悉IATF16949，VDA6.3体系。
