About the role

This role involves finding and developing new customers in the chemical products industry, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales and business opportunities. You will provide technical guidance on chemical products, analyze customer needs, and propose appropriate solutions. Field visits will be conducted to assess customer locations and identify problems to recommend suitable products or improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers in the chemical products industry
• Follow up and coordinate with customers to build sales and increase business opportunities
• Build and maintain good relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchases
• Provide technical advice on chemical products to customers
• Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Conduct field visits to inspect customer locations and analyze problems to propose suitable products or improvements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial products, wastewater treatment, or chemicals (highly preferred)
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Enthusiastic, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and attention to detail
• Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license (personal vehicle required)
• Able to commute to work independently as the company does not provide transportation
