任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理/工商管理专业优先
2.5年以上大型制造业HR管理经验（造纸/包装行业从业者加分）
- 精通劳动法及E-HR系统操作，持有中级人力资源管理师证书
- 具备千人规模企业组织变革实战经验，擅长精益生产人员配置
