该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1、统一的布局&陈列标准，形成one 盒马的管理规范 2、TG/地堆陈列标准的制定/培训，推动全国统一落地执行 3、为了品类策略的落地与生意目标的达成，联动采购/运营/库控确保各档期及重大节令TG规划的落地承接， 4、管理并迭代各品类货架上限及长尾汰换，推动TG货架产出/投放/执行/缺货/不动销的改善提升 5、制定关联陈列标准及关联陈列数字化及产品化的推进 6、通过空间效率的数字化建设，提升各资源位运营的建设 职位要求： 1、零售行业至少5年以上的空间管理经验 2、具备空间管理&品类管理方法论和落地能力 3、良好的沟通&培训能力 4、有经营视角的思维方式
