动力系统工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 - Responsible for engineer tasks of powertrain system during the new product development project to ensure project deliverables are met。

• Create Engineering 3D model/2D drawing/BOM.
• Communicate with Bobcat global engineering team& internal cross-functional teams & suppliers to develop appropriate validation plan according to the project scope.
• Collbrate with sourcing team/quality team/manufacturing team to ensure that proto parts are matching the drawings.
• Provide technical support to prototype builds & track all the issues happen within the proto/validation phases and get those fixed.
• Prepare/participate project design reviews, present required material/information to global engineering team.
• Release ECNs (Engineering Change Notice).
• Provide engineering support to product operation & service manual creation - Responsible for the sustaining works of powertrain system of current product
• Provide technical support to production line/market, trouble shooting production/field issues as well as developing engineering solutions.
• Optimize current product design/design new features per the feedback from product management team/market, make sure new designs are fully validated per Bobcat internal standards/international standards/Chinese regulations.
• Collaborate with sourcing team/supplier to develop dual resourcings/localizations.
• Manage Enigneering 3D models/2D drawings, ECNs.

Requirements

• Engineering related major, Bachelor's Degree or above 2. 5y+ of experience of collaboration with powertrain system component makers and field quality management.
• Strong working knowledge of engine design - need to be able to describe how the following systems work:

cooling, fuel, combusion/exhaust, lubrication.

• Communication skill with suppliers and global engineering team, and other related team (sales, service, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, product management, project management).
• Good in English
