该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description： - 研究开发应用于混合动力汽车/纯电动汽车HCU/VCU中的车辆动力学软件控制策略 Develop Vehicle Dynamics Software Control Strategy for HEV/EV HCU/VCU - 按照公司标准以及行业规范开发满足客户需求的应用层软件（概念），包括软件组件的需求，测试规范以及详细涉及文档 Develop application software to meet customer needs according to standards and industry specifications ,including software component requirements, test specifications and detailed design document - 负责应用层软件模块的具体设计工作，通过MiL/SiL/HiL环境和车辆测试完成软件的调试工作 Responsible for the design of application software module, through MiL/SiL/HiL environment and vehicle testing to complete the software debugging - 在系统设计阶段参与软件接口讨论，特别是底盘控制单元之间的接口讨论 Participate in software interface discussion in system design stage, especially in chassis control unit - 支持整车标定工作 Support vehicle calibration

Qualifications： - 机械/自动化/车辆工程专业硕士 Master Degree，Major in Mechanical/Automatic/Vehicle Engineering - 良好的车辆动力学和多体动力学知识 Good knowledge of vehicle dynamic and multi-body dynamics - 3到4年工作经验，其中至少两年车辆动力学仿真，控制软件开发和需求开发经验，了解车辆动力学控制策略和基本标定方法 3 to 4 years working experience, at least 2 years in vehicle dynamics simulation, control software development and requirement development, understanding vehicle dynamic control strategy and basic calibration methods - 了解目前各种底盘控制单元的功能和零部件知识，例如ABS/ESP/EPS/TV Understand the functions and components of various of chassis control units, such as ABS/ESP/EPS/TV,.etc - 了解基于V模型的开发流程和方法论 Familiar with V-model-based development process and methodology - 符合下面要求者优先 Priority with the following requirements

• 从事过新能源汽车四驱控制或者底盘控制研发者优先 Engaged in the development of new energy vehicle four-wheel control or chassis control
• 熟练使用控制软件开发工具，例如Mathworks的MATALB/Simulink工具链或者dSPACE的TargetLink工具链 Proficiency in using control software development tools, such as MATLAB/Simulink or dSPACE
• 有驾照 Driving license
