专业要求： 服装设计、纺织品设计、染织艺术设计等相关专业。必须具备扎实的服装款式图绘制能力，对面料、色彩、图案有天然的审美判断力。 岗位职责： 根据产品开发需求，完成毛绒玩具/布艺产品的花稿设计及面料搭配方案 参与面料、辅料、色彩的选品与搭配，建立面料色卡与素材库 跟进设计方案的打版与落地，确保图纸效果能精准还原到实物 协助负责人完成设计执行类工作 我们希望你： 手绘和软件基本功扎实：能独立完成款式图、花稿、配色方案，细节经得起推敲 审美在线，且能把审美落到位：能判断“什么好看”，也能把“好看”变成具体的设计输出 执行力强：接到任务能快速响应，遇到不确定的先试再问，不被动等待指令 团队配合度高：在协作中能理解并执行主导负责人的方向
职位薪资：
