• For Operation 运营方面: o Lead the team to support the operation of the workshop and to manage the production process, including organizing and coordinating staff relations, maintaining, and improving production equipment, maintaining a clean and tidy factory environment, strictly abiding by operating procedures, etc. 领导团队对工厂运作的支持，负责管理生产过程，包括组织协调员工关系、维护和改进生产设备、维持工厂环境整洁、严格遵守操作规程等等 o Ensure the team development and production accuracy & data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company. 保证产品开发和生产的精准性，即与公司及客户要求一致 o Develop and improve production task plans, lead time and production process plans based on project expectations, warehouse inventories and production deadlines, and allocate labor and capital resources reasonably to maximize production efficiency. Responsible for organizing and coordinating the first manufacturing of new products and solving problems. 根据销售预期的交付时间、仓库存货量和生产期限制定和完善生产任务计划和生产过程计划，合理分配劳动力和资金资源，以最大限度地提高生产效率。负责组织和协调新产品的制造，并解决其中的问题 o Establish and maintain a good team environment, motivate the team, and develop team members. Use ERP system 精益生产的实施及使用ERP 系统 o Ensure all activities within the department comply with company policies, procedures, SOFP and safety requirements. 保证所有部门内相关活动符合公司政策，流程，销售运营财务计划和安全要求； o Develop product’s training programs to improve the effective and skill. 发展培训项目提高效率和技能 o Monitor and report on production related activities and cost. 监管与及时报告生产相关及费用事宜 o Manage and guide subordinates (including production supervisors and key position operators) to improve the overall quality and professional capacity of the production team. 管理并指导下属（包括生产主管和关键岗位操作工），提升生产团队整体素质和专业能力
• For EHS 环境健康安全方面: o Organize and provide training to improve employee performance and safety awareness.组织并提供相关培训，以提高员工的绩效表现和安全意识 o Overall management of production safety, including production and storage safety of hazardous materials. 全面管理生产安全，包括危险品生产和仓储安全 o Supervise and inspect the work safety of the department and eliminate potential production safety accidents in time. 督促、检查本部门的安全生产工作，及时消除生产安全事故隐患
• For Planning 计划方面: o Control and feedback the developed plans, follow up the project operation status, collect and summarize the work reports of each department and each project. Timely warning of target risk events. 对已制定的计划进行管控与反馈，跟进项目运营状况，收集汇总各部门、各项目工作报告。对目标风险事件及时预警 o Communicate and coordinate with related departments in time for the issues of delay and overdue, put forward rectification Suggestions and supervise them. 对发生延期超期的事项，及时和相关部门进行沟通、协调，提出整改建议并督办 o Carry out capacity analysis and planning, timely review and track the implementation and optimize. 做好产能分析与规划，及时回顾追踪执行情况并进行优化 o Be proactive about the problems and process optimization, organize cross-departmental discussions, and lead related teams to come up with the best solution. 对于出现的问题以及流程优化积极主动，会组织跨部门讨论，带领相关团队得出尚佳方案 For Process 工艺方面: o Assuming responsibility for the metalshop process development function 负责金属车间的工艺开发工作 o Liaisons with customers and colleagues to co-ordinate product trials and launches 与客户和同事保持联系，协调产品的试用和发布 o Ensuring that all information from trials is correct and that any issues are resolved at each stage of the process 确保从试验中得到的所有信息都是正确的，并且在过程的每个阶段都解决了任何问题 o Making sure that all new products adhere to customer technical requirements
• Overseeing the costing analysis process at each stage of development ,reduce invalid workhour 确保所有新产品符合客户的技术要求-监督开发每个阶段的成本分析过程,并减少无效工时 o Managing the trials of processes and ensuring these are suitable for large production batches or continuous production runs
• Writing standard operating procedures and compiling specifications
• Investigating new production techniques for efficiencies, improve efficiency 管理工艺试验，确保这些试验适用于大批量生产或连续生产。编写标准操作程序和编制规范。研究新的生产技术以提高效率，提升生产效益。 o Presenting new products and process amendments to customers
• Evaluating all new processes 向客户提供新产品和工艺修改-评估所有新工艺 o Maintaining up to date legislative and technical knowledge
• Monitoring the product through launch and initial production runs and being available to trouble-shoot if necessary 维护最新的法律和技术知识-在产品启动和初始生产运行过程中监控产品，并在必要时进行故障排除 o Working to improve existing products through process improvements 通过工艺改进改进现有产品
