• Once the project set up, the project manager is responsible to look after every detail of the project. The planning process involves forming a team of experts required for effective completion of the project, stating the purpose of the whole project and assigning the team members specific roles; planning out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan; coming up with a schedule of the project outlining the dates for each milestone. 一旦项目建立，项目经理负责照顾项目的每一个细节。规划过程包括组建有效完成项目所需的专家团队，说明整个项目的目的并为团队成员分配特定角色；规划项目所需的资源并制定预算计划；提出项目时间表，概述每个里程碑的日期。
• Conduct regular meetings with team members on a daily / weekly basis to know the status of the project, and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results; 每天/每周与团队成员举行定期会议，了解项目状态，并在必要时进行某些更改和改进，以实现预期结果；
• Need to keep track of the order as qtys, specs, schedule, etc; 需要跟踪订单的数量、规格、时间表等；
• Need to keep track of shipments and dates; 需要跟踪发货和日期
• Developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members. Acting as a link between both the parties and interfacing with customer as single point of contact, starting with initial involvement at the sales development stage. • The job of the project manager also involves supervision of whether the team members are working efficiently. Should have the capability to motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully 监督团队成员是否高效工作。应该有能力激励和影响他们全力以赴成功完成既定任务
• After the project is completed, the project manager should conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the whole project and to discuss the results. The project manager should identify the key factors that led to the completion of the project and also those that were not beneficial for the project, so that they can be avoided in the future. 项目完成后，项目经理应与团队召开会议，评估整个项目并讨论结果。项目经理应识别导致项目完成的关键因素以及对项目不利的因素，以便将来避免。
• A project manager may have to manage more than one project at a time. He / She should see to it that all the projects under his / her supervision are going on smoothly. It should not happen that a project manager concentrates on one project and neglects the others. • Familiar with the manufacturing processes and focus on finishing quality & the machining/processes tolerances; 熟悉制造工艺，注重精加工质量和加工/工艺公差；
• Financial management skills; 财务管理能力；

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years relative working experience in the industries of furnitures, construction, or decoration, etc. 本科及以上学历，5年以上家具、建筑、装饰等行业相关工作经验。
