• Act as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations and high-growth enterprises
• Provide practical advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and entity management in China
• Deliver high-quality, responsive service and identify opportunities to enhance client value Corporate Secretarial & Compliance
• Oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial services for foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs), including:
• Changes in directors, supervisors, and legal representatives o Capital increases, restructuring, and corporate changes o Business scope amendments, relocations, and deregistration support
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely and compliant execution of filings Project & Operational Management
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Lead and coordinate complex corporate actions, restructuring projects, and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to support cross-border assignments ________________________________________ Requirements Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial / corporate services
• Prior experience with professional services firms (e.g., Big 4, Vistra, TMF, or similar) is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of PRC corporate law and regulatory requirements for foreign-invested enterprises Skills & Competencies
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with commercial awareness
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
