Launch VAVE method in product develop period, communicate with PE leader to get VAVE chance and finish cost calculation; 在产品开发阶段推行价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）方法，与产品工程（PE）负责人沟通以获取开展 VAVE 的机会，并完成成本计算。 Ÿ

Provide suggestion for product’s function, cost and quality improvement during design change period and finish cost calculation accordingly; 在设计变更期间为产品的功能、成本和质量改进提供建议，并相应地完成成本计算。 Ÿ Cooperate with Purchase, PM, Production and Sales, to proceed strategic supplier management set key target cost 与采购、项目经理（PM）、生产和销售部门合作，进行战略供应商管理并设定关键目标成本。 Ÿ

Hold regular workshop meeting with related department to collect VAVE ideas; 与相关部门定期召开研讨会，收集价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）方面的想法。 Ÿ

Evaluate each idea and check necessary validation need or not with product specialist ; 与产品专家一起评估每个想法，并检查是否需要进行必要的验证。 Ÿ

VAVE project application, report to GM for VAVE project when get approved on steering meeting, handover to PM, PM colleague will follow project schedule and solve open point accordingly 进行价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）项目申请，在指导会议上获得批准后向总经理汇报 VAVE 项目，然后移交给项目经理，项目经理同事将按照项目进度跟进并相应地解决未决问题。 Ÿ

Launch technical cost down and competitor’s part benchmark activity, take responsibility for some parts’ localization work 开展技术降本和竞争对手零部件对标活动，负责部分零部件的国产化工作。 Ÿ

Organize VAVE data summary and cost analyze work, finish cost analyze report and propose improve suggestion for it, build database accordingly 组织价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）数据汇总和成本分析工作，完成成本分析报告并提出改进建议，同时相应地建立数据库。 Ÿ

Make summary for VAVE report and lesson learned regularly, improve initiative of VAVE work 定期对价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）报告进行总结并总结经验教训，提高 VAVE 工作的主动性。 Ÿ

Daily work training for Junior VM Engineer 为初级价值管理（VM）工程师进行日常工作培训。 Ÿ

Accomplish other work plan form supervisor and PE manager 完成主管和产品工程经理安排的其他工作计划。 Ÿ

Master or above degree with Mechanical, automotive or engineering related background 拥有机械、汽车或工程相关背景的硕士及以上学历。 Ÿ

Minimum 3 years working experience, VAVE work experience is preferred 至少有 3 年工作经验，有价值分析与价值工程（VAVE）工作经验者优先。 Ÿ

Master office software, master of SAP is preferred 熟练掌握办公软件，精通 SAP 软件者优先。 Ÿ

Good attitude, proactive, strong communication skills and plan execution ability 态度良好，积极主动，具备较强的沟通能力和计划执行能力。 Ÿ

Fluent in English and proficient in cross-cultural communication skills 英语流利，精通跨文化沟通技巧。
