该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 协助完成人力资源相关模块的基础工作，包括但不限于招聘、入职办理环节的辅助性任务
- 负责招聘信息发布、简历筛选及初步沟通，整理候选人资料并跟进面试流程
- 协助组织校园招聘活动，维护校企合作渠道及实习生信息管理
- 完成部门安排的其他人力资源相关事务性工作
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限，人力资源、管理学相关专业优先
- 每周可保证3-5天全职实习，能连续实习3个月以上
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识
- 工作细致认真，有较强的学习能力和责任心
