该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 基于6T/8T SRAM单元进行嵌入式存储需求分析、架构制定以及电路设计； 3. 负责高速、低功耗和面积敏感性SRAM存储电路设计、性能仿真验证及版图物理实现指导； 4. 负责SRAM存储失效分析及良率提升； 5. 负责FPGA嵌入式存储器电路时序、功耗模型建模； 6. 配合流片后的电路测试验证。 任职要求： 1. 电子工程、微电子或计算机工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 有SRAM电路设计或Memory compiler使用经验者优先； 3. 有40nm/28nm或更高工艺节点电路流片经验者优先；
