该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责研发、软件开发等技术岗位的招聘全流程工作，包括但不限于需求分析、渠道拓展、简历筛选、技术面试协调及录用跟进
- 熟练运用各类办公软件完成招聘相关的文档处理、数据管理与报告撰写
- 运用Excel进行招聘数据统计、渠道效果分析与人才库维护
- 使用飞书等协作工具进行跨部门沟通、面试安排与招聘进度同步
任职要求：
- 熟练使用办公软件，尤其擅长使用Excel进行数据处理、分析与图表制作
- 具备飞书使用经验者优先考虑
- 符合校园招聘条件的在校学生
- 对技术招聘或人力资源工作有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经验者更佳
- 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力和多任务处理能力，能够理解基本的技术岗位需求
