职位描述 光刻工艺 键合工艺 封装工艺 半导体/芯片
岗位职责: 1、相关工艺评估及其管理:工艺评估及开发，文件完善,产能优化; 2、新产品的工艺建立和优化，新产品工艺BKM条件的准确性，新产品工艺窗口的稳定性,产品的良率管控及其水平; 3、产线异常情况的处理和改善，产品异常原因调查的完成度，异常重复发生率; 4、工艺文件的管理，质量/信息安全管控，稽核 finding率,稽核成功率。任职要求: 1、本科及以上学历，电子、材料、物理、化学等相关理工科专业。 2、有2年以上2.5D/Bumping/DPS/FCBGA/ FCCSP等相关封装工艺或前道晶圆制造相关工艺经验; 3、主动积极的工作态度，良好的沟通能力和工作协调能力。
