该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 经带教学习后能胜任如下工作 1.执行集团各部门及下属单位考核管理，制定年度考核方案并分解KPI指标 2.执行周期性考评工作，确保考核结果按时汇总复盘 3.开展内外部稽查工作，督导核查制度执行情况 4.督办集团重大决策，推动重点项目实现闭环 5.协助薪酬考核体系优化，完成薪酬对标分析 6.针对稽查中发现的问题，形成书面报告，建立问题整改台账，向上级报送运营管控情况 任职要求： 1.人力资源管理/工商管理专业本科及以上学历 2.熟练使用Excel进行数据建模（VLOOKUP/数据透视表等） 3.具备绩效考核或薪酬核算实习经验优先 4.逻辑清晰，能承受高强度工作压力 5.具备跨部门沟通协调能力
