电驱系统架构工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 General Description  Identifies and evaluates the system architectural elements from the system requirements and creates the system architectural design specification, also oversees the system integration and test against the architecture. Key Accountabilities

 Allocate stakeholder requirement  Analyze stakeholder requirement internally and with customer, maintain and update the requirement compliance matrix  Create, structure and specify internal requirements  Bi direction trace the system requirement  Specify and document the element of the system  Allocate system requirements to system elements  Define and document the interface of the system elements between subsystem of gearbox, eMotor and inverter  Generate bidirectional traceability of architecture documents  Optional could works as feature owner for torque application and efficiency related topic Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required

 At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required  Deep knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required  Good knowledge and experience work for the program following ASPICE development, especially familiar with SYS.1, SYS.2, SYS.3  Good knowledge to utilize Polaron, Jira system  Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities  Good written and spoken English is required
