该职位来源于猎聘 Summary of Position:

• Leadership for process or product development and management for project deliverables.
• Establish and develop technology allocation from R&D (Technology handover), AE (customer /product needs) and TDI Management.
• Approach: Technology driven, project driven, specific building block development, flexibility & transformational. Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
• Technology Leadership
• Define and drive the technical roadmap and future manufacturing capability.
• Evaluate equipment, materials, and processes for plant readiness.
• Act as technical authority for high‑end customers.
• Provide critical insights during the early project stages to support informed decision-making regarding project engagement and planning.
• Project deliverables meet all the specified requirements. Projects are completed on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Process Development
• Lead development of new products.
• Solve challenges: Material (M8M10 HVLP4 &ABF &RCC): M8M10 HVLP4 &ABF &RCC material evaluation/qualification, Solve challenges in dimensional stability, low-loss performance, adhesion reliability, warpage control, and fine-feature process compatibility through advanced ABF and IC material development, low-CTE/low-Dk/Df material process optimization, and improved material-process integration.
• Successful completion of customer samples on time.
• Quality & Reliability
• Establish process windows, DOE studies, and capability standards.
• Develop new test methods for products.
• Cross‑Plant Collaboration
• Work closely with SHA, CHQ2 plant teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Lead technical knowledge transfer. Requirement：
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Materials, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in PCB process or technology development, with at least 3 years focused on PCBs and high-end communication equipment Excellent analytical skills for complex problem-solving and a strong foundation in Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Leadership, interpersonal skills and effective communication with a wide range of individuals.
• Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
• Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain period.
