该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed test plans (including DFT - Design for Testability), test strategies, and test cases based on product design requirements. This covers all stages of product development from EVT (Engineering Validation Test) to DVT (Design Validation Test) and PVT (Production Validation Test).
• Test Execution and Analysis: Perform a wide range of optical and electrical tests, including optical power measurements, eye diagram analysis, spectral measurements, and polarization analysis. Execute functional, performance, and stability tests, accurately record results, and identify defects.
• Test Platform Integration and Support: Participate in the development, integration, and validation of automated test platforms. Troubleshoot test setups and equipment issues as well support the transfer of testing platforms to production by creating documentation and procedures.
• Defect and Quality Management: Track, manage, and analyze testing defects, working closely with design and development teams to resolve issues. Perform root cause analysis on production failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with R&D, New Product Introduction (NPI), process engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure test requirements are met and to facilitate smooth product launches. QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Optical Engineering, Physics, Communications, or a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product testing, with a focus on optoelectronic products such as optical transceiver modules, co-packaged optics, or related communication network equipment. Experience with high-speed products (200G/400G/800G) is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of photoelectric conversion principles, modulation techniques, and digital signal processing.

Proficiency in using optical test equipment (e.g., optical spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes for eye diagram tests) and experience with automated test equipment (ATE).

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for testing complex optoelectronic systems.

Programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, C/C++, CAPL) for test automation and data analysis are a strong advantage.
