该职位来源于猎聘 Summary of Position:

• Lead the technology development for Optical Transceivers related product.
• Establish new processes related to Optical Transceivers development.
• Implement the developed processes on qualification samples for Optical Transceivers.
• Ensure qualification samples can meet customer technical requirements.
• Approach: Technology driven, project driven, specific building block development, non-redundant, flexible & transformational. Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
• Lead dedicated development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
• Provide comprehensive technical risk assessments, capital expenditure (CapEx) estimates, development timelines, and resource planning for new projects or concepts initiated by AE (application engeneering).
• Prepare and coordinate detailed reports and documentation to facilitate effective knowledge transfer for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all tasks, open items, and qualifications are completed prior to project closure.
• Configure and maintain multiple projects within the AT&S project management tool, ensuring real-time updates to project content and status. Conduct regular evaluations of project risks—including technical, scheduling, resource, and support risks—and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide expertise in a specific technical area. Guide project managers, senior specialists and engineers to drive project success.
• Define and transfer work packages to TDI managers for assignment and work package progress monitoring.
• Effective Communication: strong relationships built through clear, respectful interactions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Streamline project management with a resource-optimized, cost-effective strategy.
• Set priorities and assure execution of commitments.
• Take lead and authorize for decision justification for cross department deal on new projects or given tasks.
• Authority of giving technical guide and report review for project team member.
• Involvement in invention disclosure idea sharing or submission. Requirement：
• Technical science background with bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in/as technical expert/Leader or similar experience in Optical product related manufacturing companies.
• Several years of professional experience in PCB or Semiconductor industry.
• Good communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949).
• Leadership, interpersonal skills and effective communication with a wide range of individuals.
• Fluent written and oral English (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
• Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Assertiveness, stress resistant, experience in leadership of intercultural teams.
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for certain periods.
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
