该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities :

• Definition of calibration of the engine control unit
• Execution and evaluation of stationary calibration on engine test benches
• Execution and evaluation of dynamic calibration in development vehicles with the in-vehicle calibration, drive-ability and legal limit values for emission and On Board Diagnostics
• Drive-ability calibration under all climate conditions on test trips (heat, altitude, cold)
• Robustness tests to cover production tolerances, fuel qualities and country specifics
• Documentation of the development work, presentation of the results Qualification ：
• Finished university study (advanced technical college, University of Technology) – mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electrical engineering mechatronics or physic
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in SOP engine calibration – deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas – base engine development including Heavy duty engines, model-based calibration, emissions and after-treatment (DPF/ SCR), start calibration, drive-ability, OBD.
• Experience in EU6, diesel development beneficial
• Basic knowledge in electronics, Software and control engineering
• Willingness to travel
• Analytic reasoning power, ability to understand and solve complex problems
• Independent, target-oriented working style
• Good communication-, organization- and team skills
• Good knowledge in English
• Driving license for passenger car and / or commercial vehicle
