该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 面向闭环仿真场景,研发用于"可交互、可预测、可评测"的环境建模与动态演化算法。工作聚焦3D/4DGaussian Splatting(含编辑/植入或Feedd-forward)与/或世界模型(World Model),将模型能力与仿真引擎、控制/策略模块打通通,提升仿真真实度、可控性与闭环稳定性。 工作内容(至少覆盖一个方向,最终以闭环仿真落地为目标) 3D Gaussian Splatting(仿真资产与场景搭建):维护优化现有高斯植入编辑链路,支持快速生成可用仿真场景 Feed-forward 3D/4D Gaussian Splatting:研发从多视图图像/视频频/传感器输入直接预测3D/4DGaussian参数的前馈模型,实现NVS并用于闭环仿真 世界模型:构建可用于闭环仿真的世界模型,建立世界模型型评测体系,支持VLX闭环评测。 任职要求 有3D Gaussian Splatting项目经验,在场景编辑/植入、feed forward 3D/4DGS重建与新视角合成等相关技术上有深入研究 有过开源world model项目的二次开发经验,熟练掌握VAAE、DIT等模块的技术原理 具备良好的科研能力,在ICCV、ECCV、CVPR、NIPS、ICLLR、TPAMI等主流会议期刊上发表相关论文者优先;有过实际落地项目经验者优先
