机电经理（运营管理）

• Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s. 关注项目中的所有机电方面事项，包括设计、安装、测试、调试和移交。为客户实现可能取得的最佳成果。

• Bachelor’s degree. Major in MEP related. 本科以上学历，机电专业；
• 10+ years experiences in project management for Mix-used or commerical & office building projects. 10年以上综合体、商办项目的机电全过程项目管理经验；
• Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation. 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规；
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities. 能处理多事项并管理优先性；
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 优秀的组织能力和关注细节；
• Has on-site experience. 有现场工作经验；
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities. 具有操作多项事务，并管理优先顺序的能力；
• Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need. 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要；
• Be able to adopt change according to company business plan. 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化；
