- 负责钢管生产全流程品质管控，确保产品合格率≥98%
- 跟踪处理现场质量问题，实现问题闭环率100%
- 编制SOP作业指导书及工艺参数表，推动良率提升5%
- 落实精益生产政策，年降本增效目标达成率≥90%
任职要求：
- 机械工程/金属材料专业本科，3年以上制造业质量管理经验
- 精通不锈钢管材成型/热处理工艺标准，熟悉ASTM A312标准
- 具备6Sigma绿带认证，熟练使用Minitab统计软件
- 能独立编制工艺文件，有钢管行业经验者优先
