某大手生保事業者向け汎用機の構成管理システムの運用業務
・構成管理システムの運用整備、保守、障害対応、資源監視、資源予測
・システム移行時の支援
・ユーザー問い合わせ対応、作業管理、報告
・マニュアル整備・保守
※構成管理にはISPWというツールを使用しています
必須スキル
汎用機でのシステム開発経験
自発的、能動的にコミュニケーションをとれる方
尚可スキル
ExcelVBAやマクロを用いた自動化ツール作成経験
