试井现场工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位概述： 作为SLB现场服务工程师，负责陆上/海上油气井全套产能测试、压力恢复测试、DST测试现场作业交付。严格遵循公司全球HSE标准、作业流程与井控规范，独立完成设备调试、现场施工、数据采集、客户对接及报告交付，为油藏评价、产能核实与开发方案提供精准技术支撑。 岗位职责：

• 独立实施油气井常规试井、产能测试、压降/压力恢复测试、DST钻杆测试等作业，标准化执行开关井、放喷、稳压、关井恢复等全流程施工。
• 负责井下压力计、地面测试树、分离器、多相流量计、数据采集系统的校验、安装、调试、运行监控，快速处理现场设备故障与工况异常，保障作业连续合规。
• 精准采集井下压力、温度、井口压力、油气水产量、含水率等核心油藏数据，规范完成地层流体PVT取样，严格把控数据质量，确保资料满足甲方油藏分析标准。
• 贯彻SLB全球HSE管理体系与井控安全准则，开展作业前风险辨识、安全技术交底，管控高压、硫化氢、井涌等现场风险，落实零事故、零违章作业标准
• 现场对接甲方监督、油田作业各方，同步施工进度、汇报工况问题；合理统筹现场工具、物料与人力，联动后方基地完成资源调配与技术支持闭环。
• 编写英文/中文施工日报、单井作业总结、正式试井成果报告，完成设备清点、资料归档、项目复盘与客户验收交付。 岗位要求：
• 本科及以上学历，石油工程、油气田开发、海洋油气、资源勘查、机械/自动化等理工科专业。
• 具备3年及以上油田试井/试油/试气现场经验，熟悉DST、地面测试全流程者优先；
• 逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备野外现场问题快速处置能力；
• 服从项目调度，能适应陆地/海上出差，身体素质良好。
• 具有良好的英语沟通能力。 Job Responsibilities
• Perform onshore & offshore well test operations including DST, deliverability test and pressure build-up test in strict accordance with SLB global SOP, well control and HSE regulations.
• Operate, calibrate and troubleshoot downhole gauges and surface testing systems to ensure stable operation and accurate data acquisition.
• Collect pressure, temperature, flow rate data and conduct fluid sampling, guarantee high-quality reservoir data for client evaluation.
• Manage on-site safety & risk control, ensure zero safety incidents during operation.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and field teams, submit daily logs and final well test reports. Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above in Petroleum Engineering or relevant STEM majors.
• Familiar with well test operation procedures; relevant field experience is preferred.
• Good English skill for technical document reading and report writing.
• Willing to travel and work on onshore/offshore oilfield sites.
• Strong responsibility, execution and problem-solving ability.
