• 负责客房部的日常运营管理，确保客房清洁、布草更换、物品补充等工作高效有序进行 2. 制定并执行客房服务标准及流程，监督员工操作规范，提升服务质量 3. 检查客房卫生、设施设备状况，及时反馈维修需求并跟进处理结果 4. 负责客房用品库存管理，控制成本，避免浪费 5. 培训、指导客房服务员，提升团队业务能力与服务意识 6. 处理客人投诉及突发情况，确保问题及时解决，维护酒店声誉 7. 协调与其他部门（如前厅、工程、安保等）的沟通协作，保障整体运营顺畅 8. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务
• 具备较强的服务意识与责任心，能够适应酒店行业工作节奏 2. 良好的沟通协调能力，能有效管理团队并处理突发问题 3. 对客房清洁流程、布草管理及设施维护有一定了解 4. 具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过报表优化工作流程 5. 身体健康，能适应倒班及一定体力劳动 6. 有酒店客房相关工作经验者优先
