计划采购实习生

Job Duties: The major job is supporting production planner to handle daily standard operation process of Planning department. including but not limited the following maintained lists. 本岗位主要协助计划员与采购员处理计划相关工作，包括但并不局限于下面列举的工作。 1. 协助计划员整理项目工单清单； Assistant production planner to review and work out the work orders list. 2. 释放工单，打印工单和相关文本并分发工单给到相关部门和人员; Release work order in ERP system, print paper documents and labels, dispatch to the relative people 3. 负责采购订单的文档整理工作。例如：付款申请，库存清单，PR，工单，收料单，采购合同，增值税发票等； To be responsible for all paperwork which need to come up with during the purchasing activities and follow up its process. For example, payment application, collecting inventory list, collect PR, order, material receipt, purchasing contract. 4. 协助维护ERP系统； To support purchasing group to create or maintain PO in ERP system and check the delivery & cost based on information in EPR system. 5. 协助主管完成其他工作。 To support any other responsibilities which might be assigned by the Supervisor. 我们希望你具备以下条件： 1. 专业背景：本科或研究生在读，主修工商管理、物流与供应链管理、经济管理、信息管理、财务会计、国际贸易等相关专业。我们尤其看重与供应链及采购职能紧密相关的专业基础，期待你能将理论知识融入实践。 2. 实习时长：能够保证连续实习3个月及以上，每周至少到岗3天。长期稳定的参与将帮助你深入理解业务全貌，并获得更有价值的成长体验。 3. 有ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle等）使用经验者优先考虑。 4. 具备良好的英语书面表达能力，能熟练处理英文文档及邮件。 5. 具有团队合作精神，乐于沟通协作，积极融入团队氛围。

职位薪资：

150-180/天
