该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责产品从原材料到成品的全过程质量策划、控制与改进工作； 2.主导制程质量异常的分析、处理与闭环管理，推动良率提升； 3.建立并维护SPC统计过程控制体系，监控关键过程参数； 4.组织过程审核与工艺纪律检查，确保内外部审核不符合项整改完成率。 任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历，机械、材料或质量管理相关专业，具备5年以上制造业过程质量管理经验
- 精通APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC等核心质量工具，至少主导过3个完整的新项目质量策划
- 熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系 4.具备良好的数据分析能力与跨部门沟通协调能力，能熟练使用Minitab等统计软件
