資訊科技副經理(基建管理及技術支援)

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Systems – Manage servers (Windows/Linux), networks (LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, switches, Wi‑Fi), virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery.
• End‑User Support – Lead the helpdesk team, provide tier‑2/3 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Manage IT assets, software licensing, and M365 administration.
• Cybersecurity – Implement and monitor security controls (endpoint protection, access management, firewall policies, patch management). Conduct vulnerability assessments, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Projects & Operations – Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement. Prepare documentation, SOPs, and reports.
• Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor support staff, allocate tasks, monitor service quality, and conduct training.

Requirements:

• Education – Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience – Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure, network, and support roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Technical Skills – Strong hands‑on experience with:

– Networks: Firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi‑Fi.

– Servers: Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, DNS, DHCP.

– Virtualization & Cloud: VMware/Hyper‑V, Azure/AWS.

– Security: Endpoint security, DLP, SIEM, vulnerability management.

 – Microsoft 365 and backup solutions.

• Soft Skills – Excellent problem‑solving, communication (English & Chinese), vendor management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
