- ค้นคว้าและวิเคราะห์ข้อกฎหมาย คำพิพากษา และกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคดีความหรือสัญญา
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบนิติกรรม สัญญา หนังสือ และเอกสารทางกฎหมาย เช่น จัดทำคำร้อง คำแถลง หนังสือโต้ตอบหรือเอกสารประกอบคดี
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการประชุม สรุปข้อมูลการดำเนินคดี หรือการติดต่อหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- ประสานงานกับทนายความ ศาล หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ติดตามกำหนดเวลาและรายงานสถานะคดีหรืองานกฎหมายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
