该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责进行仪器仪表及传感器技术的研究和开发，包括仪器仪表及传感器材料的研究和改进、对传感器设计的优化等。 2、熟悉仪器仪表及传感器产品的设计和生产流程，了解相关的材料和制造工艺。 3、参与现有仪器仪表及传感器的重要技术问题攻关，通过新技术、新材料和新工艺的研究，为重要技术问题提供解决方案，提升产品的品质和性能。 4、负责组织传感器测试和验证工作，制定测试方案和测试流程，对传感器进行各种性能测试、可靠性测试等，确保其稳定性和可靠性。 5、负责研究成果用于整体开发过程中的设计方案评审、风险评估和技术指导。 任职资格： 1、全日制博士，硕士学历，专业为物理、仪器仪表、化学、化学工程、材料科学与工程或相关专业， 有光学传感器或仪器相关经验的优先考虑。 2、熟悉仪器仪表及传感器的制作与测试，有3年及以上研发经验者优先考虑。 3、具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与团队成员协调合作，共同完成项目任务。 4、具备良好的英文沟通能力。 5.

Title: Sensor Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of instrumentation and sensor technologies, including studying and improving materials for instruments and sensors, and optimizing sensor designs.
• Be proficient in the design and production processes of instrumentation and sensor products, with knowledge of relevant materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Participate in tackling critical technical challenges for existing instruments and sensors. Develop solutions through research into new technologies, materials, and processes to enhance product quality and performance.
• Organize sensor testing and validation activities. Develop testing protocols and procedures to conduct various performance and reliability tests, ensuring stability and dependability.
• Apply research outcomes to design reviews, risk assessments, and technical guidance throughout the overall development process.

Qualifications

• Full-time PHD or Master degree in physics, instrumentation, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in optical sensors or instrumentation.
• Proficiency in manufacturing and testing instruments and sensors; candidates with 3+ years of R&D experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and accomplish project objectives.
• Excellent English communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Candidates with programming skills, such as Java, Python, etc., will be given priority consideration.
