该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 独立负责企业工程类诉讼案件全流程管理，年均处理案件不少于15起
- 主导劳动争议仲裁与诉讼案件，确保劳动争议解决周期控制在3个月内
- 代表公司参与法庭开庭及调解，年度出庭应诉率达到95%以上
- 负责诉讼案件卷宗归档与知识管理，建立典型案例库并每年更新不少于20个案例
任职要求：
- 法学专业本科及以上学历，持有法律职业资格证书（A证）
- 具备5年以上企业法务或律师事务所工程诉讼、劳动争议处理经验
- 熟悉建设工程合同纠纷、劳动争议仲裁诉讼全流程，能独立撰写法律文书
- 具备出色的庭辩能力与谈判技巧，有处理标的额超500万元工程诉讼案件经验
